I don't notice any speed difference between my high-end PC and the macbook for web browsing. Force Touch is amazing, I love that I can quickly check definitions or wikipedia entries.Īs far as the speed goes, I really only use it for browsing the web when I'm away from my PC, but that experience has been great. All of the gestures feel intuitive, and I'm sure I don't even know half of them.
The battery life is preem (apparently the MBP is even better), and the touchpad is unreal. As a lifelong Windows user, I'm seriously enjoying my experience on the M1 MBA.
