I'll divide Phase 1 into 3 separate parts, depending on when Twintania drops her neurolinks.
As long as neurolinks are somewhat close and equidistant to the middle, in a triangle, any configuration should be fine. This is just one of many possible configurations. Personally, I'd start with mark, followed by mark, followed by mark. The order the neurolinks are dropped doesn't particularly matter, as long as they are in the assigned locations.
